The Team of the Leadership Summer School

The Leadership Summer School is organised in different levels. Through this we share the work and responsibilieites though requires strong communication throughout different levels as well. Below you can find the descriptions for the different levels:

The Coordination Team (CT):

 Like the name already reveals the Coordination Team is head of the Leadership Summer School (LSS) organisation and responsible for all coordination among the different levels. This Team of currently two people takes care of:

• finding the place fo the event (Organizing Committee)
• finding trainers
• finding sponsors
• discussing the content of the LSSwith the trainers
• manage all contacts of different student organizations involved and
• manages all the communication between all the levels (Student Organizations, Trainers, Participants, Organizing Committee, Sponsors,...)

If you have any questions about the LSS the Coordination Team is the one you should ask!

 The Organizing Committee (OC):

The Organizing Committe takes care of the event itself.This team organizes accomodation,food, seminar rooms, social and cultural activities during the event as well as the  sightseeing. The Coordination Team is in good contact with the organizing committee (OC) in order to optimize the schedule and not to risk any gaps in the programm of the event.

The Contact Persons (CPs)/ Partner Organizations of the LSS

The Contact Persons are people from all the different student organizations which are interested in the Leadership Summer School. They represent the interests of the Studen Initiatives and and the same time are the persons the Coodination Team is contacting for any questions. The CPs are the most important feedback loop in the organization of the LSS and the CPs are the contact to the different organizations involved in the LSS. Whenever there is something to be discussed the CT and the CPs meet online to talk about these things. All the information you probably recieved by E-Mail about the LSS was firstly send to the Cps from the CT and then forwarded to you from the CPs to yo.
